Cover and microwave chicken with 1 tbsp oil, ½
tsp salt and 2 cups water for 6 minutes. |

Microwave 3 tbsp oil, garlic, red chilli paste, dry
red chilli and white of onion for 3 minutes in a
small bowl. |

Add onions to the chicken. Add the remaining
ingredients too. Microwave for 6 minutes stirring
once in between, to get a sauce of thick coating
consistency. Add greens of spring onion and
serve. |
