Cheese Omelette

Serves 4 Cal/Ser 100
 
Ingredients
1 egg
¼ onion - chopped
pinch salt and black pepper to taste
OTHER INGREDIENTS
2 tbsp cheese - grated (½ cube)
½ tsp oil or butter
 
Method
1. Beat egg. Mix in all ingredients, except oil.
2. In a micro proof quarter plate, heat butter or oil for 30 seconds. Spread at the base evenly.
3. Pour in beaten egg on the plate. Level egg with a fork.
4. Microwave uncovered for 1 minute and 20 seconds.
5. Serve hot with toasts and tomato ketchup.
